I cannot help but to think what is happening to Racine? It was once known as the bustling city "Little Chicago", and now it is infested with crime rates. The following article that the Journal Times reported identifies two men who robbed a 17-year-old at gunpoint.
What is happening to the safety of our local community? It is shameless to rob a teenager, especially when the economy is struggling. It makes me think about my own safety when I am in Racine. What can we do to be safe in the streets?
