A Kenosha man dressed as a clown dangled a child upside down from an overpass after coming home intoxicated from a halloween party. Police were called after a women saw the 33 -year-old man dragging two kids into a wooded area at 2a.m. It's said that the man, Antonio Brown, forced the the 8 and 13-year-old kids to drink alcohol and he dangled the younger boy over the ledge after he tried running away. As Brown dangled the boy he said, "If you try that again, I'll drop you". The two boys are his girlfriend's children and he was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and child abuse. This just goes to show how low and worthless people are, and that they should be no where near a children.
