A 14 yr old student killed his math teacher at the school and disposed of her body in the woods behind the school. Her family had called her in missing, as well as the boys family. She was dead by that time and the boy was in a nearby town. They have recording of the boy beating and subsequently murdering the teacher.
This teacher was known for going the extra mile for students, so it is still unclear as to why this student would commit such a heinous crime. Not much has been decided at this point other than the student was in her class and he will be tried as an adult in court.

Good post. But sad story from all angles. Still a lot of unanswered questions. You're right in raising the issue of Why?
