Clever marketing idea?

The owner of a Schlotzsky’s Deli and Cinnabon location knew his employees needed to act more professional, be nicer to customers, be more efficient and smile. He has temporarily shut down his restaurants to give his employees some much needed job training. Additionally, he placed a sign over his marquee advertsing the fact that he is closed for a few days to give his employees "attitude adjustments." Perhaps we'll be seeing more of these openly honest signs in the future.
