Let's Bring it!

I'm really excited about this blog, but I need serious posts to start coming in. Someone should be posting something at least Monday through Friday. You may take the weekends off.

That said, if you go on here and you see there's nothing posted then you should take it upon yourself to post something. Not having regular updates will adversely affect your class participation grade, which is 10% of your grade.

Remember you can posts about Current Events you're following, what you're doing related to this class - such as a particular story you're working on, who you're interviewing, concepts discussed in class, what's happening on campus and in your community, etc. Have fun with this blog. It doesn't have to be a chore. It can be witty and humorous as long as it pertains to this class and the news developments happening around you. You may also feel free to give your opinion on an issue, since opinion writing is one of the topics covered in class. Other ideas include writing a movie or theater review, entertainment news, etc.

I can't wait to see all the exciting things you're going to discuss in this blog.
